I measured 7 inches of snow here so far, and the heavy stuff starts around 2pm. Time to make some potato leek soup. There's also fixings for Godiva white chocolate martinis. I made apple-stuffed cinnamon raisin French toast for breakfast.

It's up to my knees too. I amused myself by walking down to the mailbox. I wish we had a sled or toboggan.

strange that you guys are getting blanketed while we're just getting a dusting up / over here. I know they say it's headed our way, but we're not due for any major socking-in.
