Big Bang Artist Update!

How’s it going? Drawing/finding lots of cool stuff? I sure hope so!
As a reminder, you can draw as many pictures as you want, so long as all of them could conceivably be in the same story. You can draw pictures and make a fanmix (with cover art) as well. But you only have to draw one picture/make one fanmix.
Also, (because this has come up) you have to represent in pictures either Sakura or Kakashi. Not necessarily both, but use your best judgement. If you’re unsure about the rules/guidelines, here’s a link to the Main Post.
Finally, everything has to stay under wraps until Posting Day.
Now for the true purpose of this post! I'm giving you the submissions outline so that you can start thinking about it now, because there are a few things that I’ve added that aren’t usually a part of a Big Bang. You do not have to submit until February 20th, but you can submit any time before then.
Here’s how submissions are going to go. You guys are going to email me a link to your uploaded teaser, a copy of the form below (filled out, of course!), tell me who you are on LJ, and give me an email to give to your writer(s). And that’s it!
Oh. Wait. You probably want to know what a teaser is :D.
Teaser noun,
Your artwork, cropped so that there are hidden mysteries left to it.
I leave this up to you, but basically, if your artwork were doing a striptease, it should be eyeing us over its shoulder and slo-o-o-owly unbuttoning its shirt. If you have multiple artworks, I welcome you to submit teasers for all of them, and if you want to get fancy with presentation, that’s all the better. For fanmixes, make a teaser of your cover art with the fanmix title on it.
Okay! Now that that’s out of the way, here’s the form you’ll need to submit to me. Edit it as needed, but please leave the coding!

Collective Title of your Artwork(s): Give everything you’ve done a gallery title. If you have only one picture or fanmix, put the title here and delete the next four lines.
Individual Titles of your Artworks
1. Title- Fanmix/Art
2. Title- Art
3. Title- Art
Rated: Give a general rating for all the work you’re submitting.
Contents: List music genres, any applicable warnings (violence, gore, nudity, etc.), and any applicable advertisements (violence, gore, nudity, bondage, blindfolds, sex, threesomes, etc.)
Additional Characters: List any characters other than Kakashi and Sakura who appear in your artwork.
I like: List three of your favorite things to read (don’t include anything listed under contents)
And I really don’t like: List three things that you really don’t like to read
Describe your artwork in a Haiku: Optional. Use a 5-7-5 syllable arrangement.
