Why we (and the universe) worship His Excellency:
He has a genuine desire to improve the human race. (Yes, Your Excellency, I agree on so many levels sometimes.)
He has no mercy whatsoever for the female species (except his sister).
Well, he IS the most handsome man in the universe. His archenemy admits so to his wife.

He's very specific
He redefines the term "self-esteem"

He wants to bring food back to his sweetheart *awwwwwwww*
He's out to get the universe for his sweetheart.
His Excellency is extremely appropriate at all times
He keeps a locket with his sweet heart's picture around his neck, always. (umm...Your Majesty, that's pretty uke.)
He tries to marry his one-night stand out of shame, and making her the empress of the entire universe. (Your Majesty, we understand you've never been interested in girls, but that bouquet is truly hideous. Has Kircheis taught you nothing? ^^!)
