[Fic]Cruel Intentions - Revelation Chapter 7

It took me a while to get back on track with Revelation. But here it is, a short chapter but I figure I should post something before I leave for Seychelles this Saturday and hopefully some divine intervention will make it so that I won't have to return XD (just kidding, kids will be waiting at home). I don't know if there's enough civilization ( Read more... )

^_^ I will follow the manga but don't underestimate my sneakiness. XD I do have the ability to add Mik x Fei here and there as if it happened behind the scene and I will also go far beyond NT (especially that crap of an ending) so don't worry. And to answer your question, Mik hat yet to visit Fei at Baishe.

I never expected Mikhail could try to negotiate with that guy,

I get you. Though my idea of Mik might be a bit different. I see him as a man with no conscience who will use any method and anyone to get to his goals even if that means trading with the enemy, be it Toh or even Asami. But once he has reached his goal he might just turn around and whack them any minute. I like him that evil and a lying SOB who only loves Fei and will only be true to Fei and Fei alone. But this, no doubt is also one of his imperfection and a big contrast to Fei's personality that will piss Fei off, thus creating more angst for me to write about and drool over *gets shot* But as for selling his body *LOL* I suppose he would if that is what's required to secure Fei's position, knowing that he himself was actually the cause of all this trouble in a sense and that Fei probably has already left his ass for good anyway.

Though if you meant to say that Mik should have known Toh would never trade because he hates Fei, I'd like to think that is the way Mikhail do business, go straight to confront the enemy and settle stuff right on the table XD

Can't tell you what Fei will do. You will have to stay tuned XD

You got me wrong here " Though my idea of Mik might be a bit different. I just meant that I expected that Mikhail used violence, kidnapp, extortion, blackmail or things like that (just like you made him to do with Asami) and not that he went there and offered whatever Phillip wanted knowing that this one could even gain everything from him just for the purpose of hurting Fei Long.

Oh yeah I did get you totally wrong. Sorry. But to answer your question in that case, Mikhail doesn't really know up until now that Toh hates Fei to that extent and thought he could be bought off with some offer. Plus it was a chance for him to find out what it's all about and perhaps learn what Toh's intention really was to better handle the issue even if he didn't agree to the offer. And he did learn something XD It's diferent with Asami because Mik knows a lot about Asami and his back story with Fei, but he knows very little of Toh's motive and never really considered him that big of a threat to Fei until now. I'd like to think both Fei and Mik never thought Toh would be involved in this mess so it is important that Mik has this talk with Toh to find out what's behind it all and if his intuition was right.
