I . . . am excited, yet scared.

I second that.

Will we get a scorecard to keep up with the characters? And what if it takes another 10 years to write the last two books?

Maybe the studio will light a fire under GRRM's ass. ;)

you know our president-elect is web-saavy enough that he knows about it. He's got his own flickr account, after all.

I love this about the P-E; you know that someone on his staff does nothing but troll flickr/youtube/LJ/Facebook/MySpace. I want that job!!

He obviously needs more staff to keep track. Maybe one person for FB, one for LJ, one for flickr, etc. I want to apply for the job, too. :D

twick516 is reading those books, and I want to get into them but it's almost more fun to be an outsider to that fandom. Every time he's done with a chapter, I ask him what Hot Pie did, because in my deranged little head, he's the hero of the whole series. ;D

I absolutely need to re-read that series soon. i've been putting it off until A Dance with Dragons was more for realz planned. I do not trust him to put it out in April. He is obviously off with Melanie Rawn somewhere NOT writing what they are SUPPOSED to be writing.

*grumps at WiPs of them*
