Doubles is when you pair up with another person to play tennis.

I'm sure you're an adaptable player.

Adaptable? You're speaking to the master of imitations, of course I know doubles.

Oh wait... You're the other half of the Trickster. I wonder if he's better.

Then there should be no complaints, correct?

You'll never know until you play the both of us.

It doesn't mean that I love it.

That might be the only reason why I would do Doubles but the bakazawa person doesn't seem near any of your quality.

I prefer doubles to singles personally, but due to personally reasons I've only played singles in the last few years.

Akazawa-kun is not bad.

Doubles cramps my style.

So you say.

I'm sure your style will adjust itself to having a partner.

I do say.

Why can't he adjust to me instead?

Hm. Have you even played him?

You must adjust to each other. That is what doubles is about.

No, but I have seen him play once or twice.

That is why I don't do doubles.

Too much trouble. Too little satisfaction. Shared. Oh god. Shared.

WHAT IS THIS!

[ooc - Wakato just died I'm sorry. He doesn't do sharing. No fucking way ;D]

Sharing
-verb (used with object)
3. to divide and distribute in shares; apportion.
4. to use, participate in, enjoy, receive, etc., jointly: The two chemists shared the Nobel prize.
-verb (used without object)
5. to have a share or part; take part (often fol. by in).
6. to divide, apportion, or receive equally.

I think the above definitions apply to tennis.

I don't do sharing. Not on my tennis court.

He can have the white lines.

Maybe.

In doubles the court is shared half and half between partners. Perhaps you need a review of the way it's done?

No. It would be easier if I just played Singles ne?

There's no chance of that in this team.

Please don't tell me you're in my team.
