Basically taking the idea from Essay and whoever has done them in the past and blahblah.
Pick a date between the 13th through the 20th.
Date: (Between the 13th and the 20th.)
Time: (Between 8 AM and 5 PM.)
Location: (Office, classroom, or dorm between 5-8 if you have an emergency?)
Eavesdropping?: (You want people to listen or no? Or maybe you want to wait for potential eavesdroppers to say something and then you give permission? Specify all that here.)
Of course, only three weeks had passed between the mecha fighting log and the time his classes started again, so assume as usual they've been done in spirit thus far.))
