Just in case, I checked a few other websites. Online websites are supposed to have the bonus photo, including Tsutaya. It seems like several websites clearly stated that there was a bonus photo with the CD and HMV had even stated that the bonus photo campaign is over with their website. Tsutaya however, does not mention a single thing about a bonus photo, whether they maxed out the numbers or not. I clearly remember the page being the same when I placed the order after you paid for it. This may partially be Tsutaya's fault for not being clear about it as well… I'm sorry. It's possible it doesn't come with the photo after all. Perhaps I should have pre-ordered it in person at a physical store branch…

Edit: Okay, I opened the CD, and there are no photos inside. I'm not even seeing a random photo?? Is like First Press Regular editions of Johnnys' CDs and that ran out on Tsutaya and now it's a complete regular edition? I have no idea what's going on.

What would you like to do about the CD? Since it does not match what you want, I can offer a refund. Or if you still want the CD be shipped to you, at least a refund of the commission part. I should have double-checked things more carefully as it was an artist I wasn't familiar with.

Well, if you ever want to try ordering from Tsutaya again, I will try and pre-order in person. At least then I can ask the people at the store and know right away!

Very well. I'll buy your shop photos when I can and once I have everything packaged and shipped out, we can deal with any refunds then.

I got your shop photos early, so your package was shipped yesterday! Due to the shipping method chosen, please expect the package to arrive anywhere between two weeks to a month.

You said a refund was not necessary, but I still want to do something, so as a compromise, how does half the commission fee sound? Shipping was actually cheaper too, so you will be getting a refund of 100 yen for commission fees, 100 yen for shipping, and 10 yen for Paypal fees, for a total of 210 yen.

Once you have received the package, I'd appreciate it if you can leave a comment on my feedback page here.

Thanks!
