Based on the shipping method and other items you want, yes, the poster must be shipped separately, so there will be two packages. If you are ordering from Island Store, are you willing to pay for the domestic shipping fee yourself fully or you wish to see if anyone will order as well to split the fee?

Actually, someone has just inquired about Island Store, so assuming both of you confirm your orders, then you will be able to split the shipping fee.

Here's your quote. The package with the meikan is a rough estimation since I don't have it and don't know how much it weighs. There's a chance it'll cost less.

Total Cost of Items: 6800 yen
Shipping: (Domestic) 324 yen
Shipping: (International) 1910 yen + 830 yen
Paypal Fees: 493 yen
Final Total: 10357 yen

If you're okay with this quote, I will send an invoice to your Paypal account.

As for EMS, it is the only way to ship posters with other goods as its size limits are very lenient. I currently don't have any boxes, except ones that are too big, to ship a poster and clearfiles together though, so I will have to look for one and the cost will depend on the weight of the box, but depending on the box, you might be looking at 3300 yen or more for shipping, so shipping separately would be cheaper in this case.
