First of all, KAT-TUN's shop photos are all sets, so that's 14 photos at set price. For Yasui, I realized I forgot the Summer Paradise offshots, so that's the set you have linked to, except it's missing one more mixed photo. Then for DB offshots, he has 8 solo and 2 mixed. He wouldn't have any Shounentachi photos, so that's 8 set and 3 individual. Along with Keito's photos, you will be getting a total of 27 photos - 22 at set price and 5 at individual price.
Miracle is Aiba's movie, so I'll put those flyers aside for you.
Registered airmail is cheaper, so that's what your quote is based on. The KisuMai CD is released on March 16th, so I'd say your package will be shipped around the 17th or 18th, assuming nothing sudden happens which might take up my time.

It's doable. If you want domestic shipping, it'd be 510 yen with tracking number and it would require a signature upon delivery. If you want further options such as express shipping and designated date/time, then the price would be different.
The magazine is sold out online and I'm pretty sure it's sold out at physical bookstores around me as well. I can double check though. You can buy them second-hand through Amazon Marketplace, but it's ~1400 yen before shipping, which is more than double the original price. Would you still want to get it if I can't find any copies in bookstores? I won't be able to check until Friday though.
The release of Too Young To Die has been pushed back and the new release date is unknown, but well, I wouldn't know how long I'd be holding on to the flyers otherwise, so I'll include that for you.

Mixed photos of SixTONES only have SixTONES members. From what I know, no other Juniors are in those specific photos.
