(no subject)
So...several fandoms to talk about this time around, along with some real life stuff.
Firstly, YAY AXEL'S BACK. I haven't been able to play that Kingdom Hearts game as much as I would like but here's what's been going on. Axel was sent off to Castle Oblivion and left me all on my lonesome. Then I--Roxas--found out that everyone at Castle Oblivion was eliminated. I would've been a lot more upset if I hadn't already known that, hey, Axel's in KH2 so he's not gone for good yet. But poor Roxas was devastated and moping!! My inner slash-fangirl found this bitterly sweet. (Ha, take that Xion, you're not going to win over Roxas so easily---ESPECIALLY IF YOU TAKE HIS KEYBLADE *still feels very possessive over weapon*) I'm still trying to get used to the whole "panels" thing but I'm getting the hang of it. I get the buttons confused on the DS, though, because they're so different from the PSP or PS2 buttons. *shrug* Still, the story is interesting and Roxas+Axel=Love. Roxas was so adorably happy and relieved when Axel came back. Then again, so was I. Axel's a freaking awesome character, all snarky, and cocky. Those are the best qualities of a double-agent/assassin character, you know.
Secondly, last episode of Supernatural was cool. That guy who played old!Dean? He was spectacular. He somehow captured Dean's personality completely. I was very impressed; and totally convinced that this old man was Dean Winchester regardless of his appearance. That takes talent, I think. Like Misha. Misha's went from Stoic Angel to Confused Vessel to Confused Angel to Renegade Angel. Talented actors, I tell you. Next episode is going to be the sitcom episode. I can't wait!! ALSO, SPN CONVENTION. I'M GOING ON THE 14TH!! I'LL GET TO TAKE A PHOTO WITH MISHA AND GET HIS AUTOGRAPH AND DUDE I AM PSYCHED.
Thirdly, MERLIN YOU'RE SO PRETTY. IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT WITH ARTHUR WILL YOU MARRY ME? *sigh* In other words, I've been keeping up with the newest episodes. HAHA KING GILES, YOUR WIFE'S A TROLL. *snort* I was impressed with Troll-Lady's acting skills also. One minute, she's all composed and lady-like and sweet, and the next, she's all snuffling and hunched with a gravelly voice. What's with all these awesome actors lately? They're like everywhere! Also, Arthur tried to get Merlin out of Camelot to save his life. He later found Merlin hiding under his own bed... XD Merlin, what are you doing under the Prince's bed you sneaky boy, you?! AND THERE WAS AN ALMOST-HUG. DAMN YOU ARTHUR, WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST HUG THE POOR WARLOCK? HOW CAN YOU RESIST HIM? ARE YOU, ARTHUR, HEARTLESS AND INHUMAN?! Jeez. Merlin's too adorable for words. I would not hesitate to hug him at all.
Lastly, my little brother had his first band concert today. He plays the baritone which is probably as big as he is. He was so adorable. The whole fifth grade band was adorable. They were all so excited to be playing their instruments. *smug* Of course, my brother was the best :) His instructor is considering upgrading him to a tuba and on his band progress report he got Exceeds Expectations on everything. The little guy is awesome, what can I say? It's 'cause he's got such an awesome big sister, methinks.
