After a long break, Luka at last!
Megurine Luka is the third Vocaloid in the Vocaloid2 series. She is one of the older Vocaloids at 20, and has one of the lowest female vocal ranges. She was released on January 30, 2009 and has quickly made her way into NicoNico fame. Luka was the first of the bilingual Vocaloids, although she does speak English with a accent. Her voice is also one of the quietest, so she isn't suited for hard rock songs (Although there are some exceptions).
I'm taking a bit of a different approach to styling on this post. This time around, I'm going to give my thoughts about the songs and why I put them on the list.

This song isn't one of my favorites (But it's not a bad song by any means). It's on the list for basically one reason: this is the first song that Luka was ever made to sing. It's an answer song to Len's SPICE and is even hit the top of the Vocaloid listings (Dethroning Miku's Melt in the process).

Another very popular song by Luka. It's about the breakup between a couple. The song is catchy and the video is well done, too.

I can honestly say that this song is one of my theme songs. I love the meaning behind the song. "I'm going to do what I want, regardless of what other people think. And that's fine."

This song (As well as several other songs on this list) is about growing up. In this, the singer goes to her past and sees just how different it was compared to how it appears now. It's a song about growing up and moving on.

Another catchy song, but one I have no idea what the meaning behind it is (Of course, I've never been very good at gleaning meanings from songs and poetry). Luka sings a little English in this one.
Good Girl, Bad Girl

Funky video time. In this song, Luka has two sides to herself. One side that she shares with the world (Good Girl) and the other side that is behind her acting (Bad Girl). Oh, in the beginning refrain (iiko, waruiiko...), "inai inai baa" is what is used to play Peekaboo.

*Insert air guitar here* "When do we become adults? When we first mutually love someone? Once when have given up on the ideal we drew that day?... Things like throwing away your dream and becoming a normal adult, against such unrefined words we are continuing to fight."

This song really reflects my feelings about wanting to leave my hometown, the only place I've ever called home, and going out into the world.

The translation isn't perfect, but it's understandable. About the letters she receives from the one who she loves who doesn't love back.

Another peaceful and kind of nostalgic song. The "Cherry in Autumn" comes from the reading of the kanji for Cosmos. Oddly enough, the flowers in the video really don't look like the Cosmos flowers that I'm familiar with.

You wanted a song with a story, you got a song with a story. Luka is the messenger for the human race. Kind of reminds me of Rin's Kokoro.

A haunting and beautiful melody. Don't fall too deep into the past...

We all have a little Toeto in us. "Eto" is used when you're trying to collect your words, sort of like "Umm" or "Err"
I/O

I-I have no idea what this song is about but it's almost hypnotic. You might want to just put the video on and let it play as background music because the majority of the song is just four repeating lines.
This is one person's interpretation of the song:
"I'm trying to figure out what this song means.
light of the diode most likely refers to LED lights, light emitting diode,
I/O Is input/output. Which is the communication between people and computers."

Just a fun song. Luka is a pervert. She eats. She tries to avoid the wrath of Miku, Rin, Meiko, Neru, and Haku.

Luka's voice is a little grating in this, but it's a classic. Either Luka is obsessed with spinning, or she is trying to achieve her dreams. Both are valid viewpoints.
