MEND THE FAILBOAT.
After reading Breaking Dawn, what do you wish had happened? What do you think should have happened? Hey, what could have happened, if not for various SMeyer-related reasons?
Here's your chance to rewrite the book how you want to, if only in a few little pieces.

spoilers under cut )
Jacob stands in the dark (how appropriate, he smirks) aware of everything - the smell of the white flowers hung carefully around the reception, the sound of the music playing in the background.
The sight of the bride and groom dancing at the center of the dance floor.
His heart constricts painfully as Bella smiles, leaning her head on Edward's chest and sighing.
I came back for her, I came back for her, I came back for her, he repeats in his head, over and over until the words run together, making absolutely no sense, but acting as an anchor all the same.
Edward has not reacted to his thoughts, too swept up in his (*cringe*) wife and his perfect moment, so he closes his eyes and takes a deep breath.
When he opens them, he can no longer move, can no longer breathe or think or speak. He can do nothing but stare at the girl who has passed in front of Bella, honey hair swept up, eyes shining. Her smile makes her glow, makes him warm from his head to his toes, and suddenly, Bella isn't keeping him here - she is.
Forgetting Edward and Bella, forgetting that he hasn't been home in months - forgetting everything but her, Jacob steps out of the dark.
