nyc... three bucks, two bags, one me.
so, new york city is definitely my calling of residence. i swear i will live there sometime between now and when i die. my favorite, favorite city in the world. kyla, me, meredith and candi stayed in queens at her uncle's teeny tiny apartment. small but very cute.
highlights include. the modern museum of art, heartland brewery, chinatown..aka the shit, soho, greenwich village, today show, carnegie deli, discovery channel cooking show (funniest shit of my life) naked cowboy, bubba gump's, serendipity 3 (frozen hot chocolate...=orgasm) new york cheesecake, burberry, saks, bloomie's, prada, empire state building (i lost kyla's scarf when it flew off me on the observatory deck. i was sad) new york pizza=love of my life, unlimited subway cards from queens to manhattan on the F train, sephora, pretzel stands, roasted almonds and peanuts, snow, broken umbrellas, amazing sales and new clothes, south street seaport, columbus circle, rainy days, freezing my ass off.... lion king.
which, by the way, was the most amazing thing i've ever seen in my life. i cried. it was absolutely incredible. i will never, ever forget it.
all in all, one of the greatest trips i've ever taken, and such a highlight of my senior year. I <3 NY.
just come visit me some day when i live on the upper west side.
