Things are NUTS. In a good way for the most part though. The boyfriend is "out of town" so I'm a little bit lonely. And horny. What's new. School is nice, I'm a little behind in reading (again, what's new) but I'm not behind in a dangerous way. I should pass w/B's in everything :) I hope.
I have a new job! I have finally left Hell by the Sea, and am now a hostess at a really ritzy restaurant in Carmel, getting paid a dollar and 34 cents more than at my old job. Woo! So that's good. It just kills my feet! I'm not used to standing for eight hours and wearing closed shoes. I'm a sandals w/heels kind of gal. But I'm sure I'll get used to it. I'm going to save tons of money, as this job requires a take a 30 minute break AND they provide the food! My old job never gave me a break, I'd always rush bites of my ten dollar sandwiches. So yeah, I'll be saving money, mmhm :)
So I'm just, trying to not gain weight as I sit around and pig out. Man, lately that's all I do! I just pig out. Well I've only been doing this the past few days, so I'll get over it soon. I'm going to pick up tennis, and I go for walks a few times a week (starting Thurs, as my busy schedule got me off track again. But getting into the swing of things again will enable me to work in the walks) and also some swimming once I buy a one-piece swimsuit. Yay! I want to lose another 15 lbs. By the time my boyfriend gets back I wanna be lookin better than when he left. Man I miss him.
Yeah.. he has started the whole "I love you" thing.. like, every time we talk he says it several times.. not sure how I feel about that haha I mean it's nice, and I think I love him, but, I still wonder.. but I'll see how it goes! Another two months until he gets back, and I'll see. But I do really miss him.
In October I have a stand-up show to look forward to. I'll be seeing Nick Swardson! He is so laughs! Love that dude. In November is George Carlin, and December is Wanda Sykes! Other than that, nothing? I need to look into concerts.
I think I'm done ranting for now, but I will be back :)
