Just when I had just accepted that it was gone for good...
I FOUNDS IT!!!!!! =O
The bullet bracelet! I found it!
Basically: Yesterday, I had to go to the lost and found, to get my pencil case (I left it in the library before lunch, went to lunch, then realized I didn't have it... but I had a pencil, so I didn't worry about it until after school). Well, checking the lost and found, the bag was there, but the bracelet was not. I was upset - thought I lost it at the supermarket, like the original worst-case scenario. I had decided that I would just ask Newt where she got it and see if I could get my hands on a similar bracelet.
Then, after an evil math test and Jazz band (I'll elaborate on those later), I signed out of study hall to go visit the painting class (because I could/I felt like drawing/I wanted to show the teacher my most recent drawings/I promised people I would). I had fun there; colored the ribbon in Suta's hair in my year-long project (that may not be done by the end of the year anyway...). At the end of the period, I put the markers away in the cabinet (yes, me using marker - scary), and I headed back to my bag, going around the table by the wall. Well, by the wall, the teacher has a computer and a table with some various tools on it... also, sitting on that table by the computer, was the bullet bracelet.
Apparently, she had been asking people for three weeks whose it was. ><;; That's how long it's been since I lost it, and how long it had been since I'd last visited the art building.
So, I'll take a picture of it soon. And I fully intend to wear it to winter ball, for the record. It's too awesome not to.
ANYWAY.
Jazz band = fun. I'm finally getting the hang of my solo (if you want to hear what it sounds like, look up Jerry Lewis Does the Dishes on youtube. The solo is only half of the flute thing that starts at 42 seconds in... ends at around 1:02 seconds. 'Tis 16 measures of pure awesome). I'm really looking forward to it.
Math test = evil. Okay, so I had this math test first thing this morning. I didn't finish the last question during class D= Of course, no one finished the test, either (I'm usually the first one done, about 20 minutes early...). My dear teacher said that people could come back during Nosh to finish it - THE ENTIRE CLASS WENT. Literally, the whole class went for the extra time... ><;; So, I finished it (even did the bonus) AND I had 10 minutes of Nosh left. I bet that the rest of the class didn't get to the bonus, if they finished at all.
This is why we're the lollipop guild. I'm the smartie amongst the dum dums... (har har, yay candy references?)
