Oh! So like, this thief guy? He totally knows that the big brass would never touch anything we gave them. So it's obviously not really supposed to be for the police. But since like, he's a thief, he totally rewards breaking the rules! And the rule is 'don't touch them'. But he clearly, like, wants us to. Like, I'm a genius!
