It's all suspicious, though. First we get a new mayor, then Grady disappears.

I wonder if the people who run this place are having trouble?

Fighting among themselves? That would mean something went wrong with the election...

I don't know. It's hard to tell. I mean, weird stuff happening is the usual thing here.

Yeah, but City Hall has never been burned down before.

That's true. Maybe it does mean something. But if the milkman is really in charge now, that can't be good.

No, it can't. I wouldn't trust a guy who tried to kill us to keep things peaceful here.

And this storm. Where the heck did it come from?

No, I am. I'm just used to trying to hide things, not bring them out into the open.
