My head asplode
So, erm, sorry I haven't been around. Despite how little I have going on I've been busy. And also having a depressive episode so I'm lurking more than usual. And RPing is taking my focus so I'm usually on that account. ^^;
The musical... We've been blocking. He tells us not to act while we block, but... the show starts the 22nd. I'm kinda nervous already. We already had to replace one person who just didn't show on Monday. This is either going to come together and be really awesome cause we all worked on our own time or it's gonna just suck.
My computer is doing better, but it's having its moments. I got a RAM stick on Monday, but I don't know what to do with it and we haven't been able to get a hold of my brother-in-law so he can tell me. Grrr.
Got chapter 2 of my fic up. I wish people would review T_T. At least I know its gotten some hits...
There's a lot of stuff I should get done. I was totally free yesterday and I spent it in front of the TV or right here XD. It was nice, actually. Crap, I need to call people. I also need to mix since I finally have all the lines for Golden Sun Scene 2. But now that I used the crack my professor pointed out on Audition 3.0, it keeps f**king freezing up on me and I don't know why! I have mixing to do, dammit! Also making that karaoke if I can make it quit echoing...
Interesting happening at band tonight. There were only four of us in the percussion section, and we had very percussion heavy/intricate music. I ended up being both the oldest and the person that had been in the group the longest, so I am in charge of figuring out who's playing what. We're getting some other high schooler and the lady that always hogs the timpani back apparently, too.
But... She wasn't there tonight. And I'm sick of her. And we are playing the song with my favorite timpani part ever. I already know it. I played it tonight and nearly did it perfectly even though I hadn't seen that music in five years. She knows I know it. And she handed out parts last time and royally pissed me off by basically giving me only mallets. Mike says she'll only play timpani but... Ooohhh, I wanna take it, I really do XD. I could be such a bitch and I really want to.
But yeah, I have to remember to do that before next Wednesday. And I cannot remember the names of the two high school girls, nor will I be able to tell which is which if I look it up. Whoops.
