Being called names hurts.. it really does. Especially coming from my own family blood or a friend you thought had changed.. coming from people you love is the worst. Although they are words, they hurt none-the-less. I`m sorry I look beyond skin color for a boyfriend. I`m sorry I`m open to change, unlike most of the people in this town. Most of you will never know what it`s like to be called those names. And I know I don`t know what it is like to be called other names, I am just writing from what I am going through.
All I can say is, thank you to my friends and family who accept me for who I am, even though they might not exactly agree with me. Thank you.. and you have no idea how much I love you for it.
