Jinxed it
Got the beginnings of a migraine when I was on the tube this morning... which for me means my eyes go all blurry and I can't see a thing. Then I go all tingly and numb, like my arms and face. Then I have a massive headache for the rest of the day and really just need to go to sleep.
Did make it into work and managed 1 hour before I had to go home. Think I made it angry by saying "It's just a headache". Yeah then I got light headed and spewy. so not cool.
Slept for a bit today but still feel shit. This sucks!
