So what else have you been up to since WoW?
Basicly not a whole lot. ^_^;; I've been trying to do my 'chores' around the house as a housewife, but I always manage to 'forget' about them until it's too late. This weekend though I will do it as I have a bunch of other tasks that need to be finished. I need to finish my drawing for the furoticxchange exchange for this month, finish up a drawing for Daddyfox's contest, and start and finish another commission. So drawing and cleaning is what I'll be up to this weekend. I doubt I'll be doing any WoW as I when I woke up this morning, I caught Errol on WoW playing! I guess writting my username and password on the back of my instalation disks was a bad thing? XD;; But I'm glad he broke down and played. Just sad how we can't play together at the same time. :(
Well actualy, there is a way we can play together and NOT have to get a new PC. We'd just have to go out and spend $150 on the OS X upgrade my Mac needs and then another $50 on a copy of WoW for Errol. :P
Anyway, in other news I found out that my mom was in the hospital earlier this week. When she went in for dialysis earlier last week, they found a blockage in her left arm (where she has the stent put in) so she had to go to the hospital and have it looked at. They fixed the problem, but she'll be unable to have dialysis from that arm, so the solution was to put yet another stent back into her chest. I really felt bad about that because she just had her original stent taken out like right before I got married! Now it's back and will stay there for a month or two. I talked to her the day after she got out and of course she wasn't very pleased about it, but what can she do? She's not at all in a position where she can refuse it, because refusal of dialysis would mean a quick and rather uncomfortible death in a matter of months. So basicly, she's taking things as they come and wishing for the best.
I made the offer to my folks when they're finally able to come down here to visit us, I'd go back with them and stay for a week or two and help out. My mom is unable to really help my dad with any of the labor intensive chores, and they need to have some repairs done on the house as part of their agreement when they were able to take on their loan. I figured perhaps going down and helping my dad out (who really shouldn't be doing anything labor intensive anyway!) with some of those chores and hopefuly when I leave there will be new carpet in the front room, family room, and maybe even in one of the back bedrooms.
SO! I don't know when, but I'll be back in California for a short time. :P Probably either at the end of this month, or sometime next month. More likely next month because of the stuff that's happened with my mom.
Other than those turn of events, I really don't have a whole lot to say. :P
