So I saw PacRim!AU and I freaked out because I LOVE PACRIM AUs BRING ON THE WHOLE BUFFET OF METAL SUITS AND MUTATED SPECIES but then this happened and Kyungsoo's already dead and everything is breaking my heart. It was fantastically written and I loved the layout by which you brought up all the past events and switched from everyone's POVs but.... heart shattering. It was really moving, and you got a good look into the relationships not only between KaiSoo but everyone else on the team as well, and in this kind of Au that is so important. You know they say the greatest act of love is giving up your life for another and, hey! Look what Kyungsoo did. You can tell how close they were despite Kyungsoo not really being alive in the fic. I'm just gonna twiddle my fingers and imagine a very extensive, happy, romantic prequel because Jongin and Kyungsoo's characters here were perfect and I'm not letting them go so easily ;; Anyway, brilliant fic!

I actually had a very hard time dealing with this fic because I kept making myself rewrite and rewrite and rewrite parts of it because I was like hoW TO E MOTIONN???@$#$?? WHAT IS THAT??? And I worried a lot that it wouldn't come across correctly with enough development ;;; but I'm glad to hear it wasn't too bad omg :D
