I'm BACK!!!!!!
Well, got back from St. Thomas Friday night!!! It was beautiful, and the energy is so different there...good different, though. It usually bugs me when people are like "OOOO the ENergy!!!", but it has been established that I'm a hypocrite as well as a big dork, so I'm a-okay w/that.
Anyway, I realize that my last entry seemed a little conceited, but I was in a very weird mood, and as with most people my social insecurities can often appear as over-confidence on the outside. I would like to say now, with a clearer head, that I'm sure that many people really like WHS and get great educations and/or form lots of lifelong friendships there, but i just wish that the school system was not so rigid and v. huge. That is all.
Other notes: NEVER see Miss Congeniality 2 as it is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I watched "Crossroads" (w/B. Spears) w/my little sister last year, and compared to MC2, it was a masterpiece comparable to Gone With The Wind or Napoleon Dynamite or some damn thing. Just a little humor there, puds, but honestly it was horrible and plotless and we (me + S) were going to ditch it and sneak into something else, but apparently our side of the theater was reserved for complete crap movies b/c the rest of the movies didn't look so good, either.
Also: I went shopping w/Em today which was of course fun except for the fact that no clothes fit me and I will probably spend the rest of eternity in jeans and sweatshirts, which I love muy mucho, but that is besides the point. Returned home and continued vicious cycle by consuming massive amounts of belated pagan easter chocolate to drown stress over lack of new clothes. Ah, well.
Finally, I had an iced Caramel Machiatto from *Buck's yesterday, ad now I believe I am addicted b/c I had one today as well.
Okay, that's all for now. Please excuse the shallowness and corny abbreviations: i am currently reading Bridget Jones's Diary, which is v. g. and hilarious, but is having major effects on my speech/writing/brain in general. Okay, that's it;)
