A FIRST ATTEMPT. 4:12 minutes of random chattering, using the word fantastic three times to describe fashion and dresses in less than two minutes (WHOOPS), some Thai (my a-accent ._.) and me actually using the words WUNDERBAR and SCHÖN far too many times in my German rambling. ALSO I NEARLY STUMBLE OVER THE WORD 'INTERAGIEREN' d'ohhh. I was

Thai is a really good language to meander about in, lots of 'weeeell' and 'you knowwww' and all the little cutesy particles that you can choose to use OR you could go all gangstaa and talk like some gutterpunk, it's so much fun and fluid, how much you can choose to show about yourself based only on which pronouns you use and etc ♥
Heh, I get the 'you sound Austrian' thing sometimes, which is so weird to me, because I do still speak the Standard German, but apparently with some Viennese vocab bleeding in more and more. STILL GET CUSSED OUT AS A FUCKING PIEFKE SOMETIMES HERE THO lolol so much disdain for Germans here sobsob. Where from Austria did your friends come from?
And you should do one when you can steal a mic! I am so happy I can just directly talk at my laptop~ So practical. I TOTALLY WANT TO HEAR YOUR FRENCH-- mayhaps your favorite poem? Or some random thoughts on BAKING. IN FRENCH!! I love listening to French, even though I am so sure that my own pronunciation has grown so stilted that I am kind of embarrassed by it, I can still understand a lot and my heart just goes :DD!! every time I hear it. AND THOSE GERMAN AND AFRIKKANS(!!), I WANT TO HEAR 'EM ♥ What's the story behind the bits of Afrikkans anyways? Did you ever live in S.Africa? Have relatives there :O?

That is how I feel about my friends quite a lot!
SRB has a randomly American accent too!
Thai sounds completely awesome. I think the Austrian thing is more to do with inflection and tone, rather than words. I have always thought about it as the difference between the way people with more Gaelic accents (Scottish, Welsh etc) sound when they are speaking English... I knew two girls from Graz, one from Vienna and one from, um, somewhere near the Swiss border? I am a bad friend and have forgotten. I knew a LOT of Austrians when I lived in France, it was very weird!
I could do the whole phoning in of the VP, I guess. I will have to look into it!
I was born in Johannesburg and lived there til I was 3. Both my parents have family there still, my mum was born there and grew up in England, my Dad the other way round. So yeah, I have a lot of residual slang that I use sometimes and people think I am making up words...
