What, and aftershock? Oh, sorry, didn't notice when the earth stopped moving since the 27th, hee.

This has to be the most AMUSING, IRONIC, NERVE-WRACKING situation there could ever be.

YES, we are a sismic country, we get it-- that's why we're still up, we have the preventive measures for it. Okay, we're good, and as of now, we're almost used to the constant aftershocks.

NO, FUCK YOU, EARTH.

We're tired, we're scared, and what's the worst, people are growing panicked (no wait, they already are, what with the tsunami-alert and all that's is stated right now), and our new president was receiving our nation's power-- but Earth was way too emotional to not let TWO frigging quakes pass by unnoticed. (As of now, there were 4 afteshocks, but who's counting?)

No, it wouldn't, silly me.

Let me tell you what's so amusing: Our new President's Investiture (Is it said like that?) is (was, as of now) today. Many people was invited, of course. International people--7 Latin-American Presidents, Spain's Prince, High Political figures of many countries world wide (France, Canada, Israel, USA--

FUCK FUCK IT'S TREMBLING AGAIN RIGHT NAO. Stop it, would you? I'm writing here, thank you.

-- OEA, Japan, North Korea, and so on, so on)

They are not used to quakes. None of them.

They are important figures, technically TRAPPED in an old (but strong) building, where they simply CAN'T evacuate fast. Did I tell you they are near the coast, and so, an angry tsunami can drown them? No? Oh, sorry, there you are now.

What I'm trying to say, is that, fuck terrorists--NATURE could have  terminated half of America's stability and tranquility by killing the leaders and high political figures that were in there. In a morbid sense, I was waiting for it (Even if I was half running to open the door and hug my mother and father for dear life for every consecutive aftershock, orz), while they were transmiting.

Ha ha. You really should see it. If I were you, I would go to some Chilean online radios, and hear it. Or see it. It's...morbid. The CHV news had splitted in half the image-- on one, was the ceremony, which was going smoothly with all the proper protocol, and frayed nerves and head going up to the building ceiling, trying to hide (and failing) their fright. On the other half, was the panicked people running for high places in those parts of the country that there was an alert of tsunami, dear god, dear life.

Oh, wait, right-- people don't believe in in technlogy anymore. Or the people, coughgovernmentcough, that announces that information. They just run for it after a strong and long tremor, which, let me tell you, were this two. The third that I felt while writing this was not that strong. They are saying that it was so high in Richter's scale, that it's a new earthquake, not just a tremor.

WHOA, LOOKIEEE. The photograph of teh momment.

THE NEW YORK TIMES.

Ahhh, feels good to let go, somehow. But I still confuse my own heartbeat with a quake...

So.

2012: I know that Earth's Axis moved like whoa, but didn't you come 2 years earlier? Could you please go away and come later? Better yet: not come at all? Really, this warnings you're giving us are grating on our nerves-- so shove it and let us live. Frigging Nazca and Southamerican Tectonic plates, close yourselves one and for all.

And where I am, I'm having it easy, in other places the land simply doesn't stop moving at all.

Lucky us, ha ha, no?
