Bored in sunny limerick...hence analogy

My dig was fun, for the most part. But now to move badgers, archeologists must be absent. So while burly men wrestle badgers out of their holes and maneover them to other holes, i wait at home gathering dust. I am gaurenteed work for more than the rest of the year but at the same time it stands to me to look for something differnt in the mean time. Relluctant as i am to run across the world war 1 battlefield that is the job market, dodging the machine guns of disapointment and the morters of self doubht on the off chance that i might run over the land mine of oppertunity, which will blow my metaphorical legs off and replace them with exponential pay checks, oppertunity and great morphine seringes of fullfillment. The steadily concentrating poisonous mustard smell however, reminds me that time is gradually running out.

I wish i could just circumvent the heirachy of needs all together.

It's not all bad though, i have a laugh when i can and i'm quite happy. And my girlfriend has a winchester rifle with a scope, bitchen!

guess what is cool? That new Thom Yorke album (eraser). While it suffers from the lack of the rest of the band (except for an piano arpegio from johnny greenwood) mr.Yorke compensates with his astounding ability to shake funk currancy from his lap top like a musically inclined schoolyard bully. The first 5 tracks are excellent irresistable tunes, especially Black Swan. however after that (all though containing some reviewers favorites) i find my self skipping back to the start. 'Atoms for peac'e is too formless and dull, 'and it rained all night' is a little grating, 'Harrowdown hill' was self admitted as yorke's saddest song but it ends up being too obvious and specific unlike the ambiguous and widely encomposing senses and moods of radiohead songs, 'cymbal rush' is a non-event, it's always a bad thing to end the album without some sort of a crecendo, it makes it less likley that people will listen to the whole thing. That said it's a great album and i listen to it lots. Alot of radioheads talent clearly comes from Yorke but definetly not all of it.

what will grow crooked will not grow str
