She's fairly new. [A pause.] ..There are a lot of things she doesn't understand. Not just about the island. She doesn't come from this time.

I know the world she comes from, and the time as well. She's very far back from modern times. She won't know how to operate any modern machinery. I've tried to show her how to work the LP but I think she might still need some help with that too.

I tried those. They...don't really help with the practicing part.

Most of the time I just find picking up pre-packaged foods to be easier on my schedule. [Schedule? What schedule.]
