Hey guess what...planting notes too

Well by now everyone should know that California experienced an earthquake. I think 5.7 mag located in Barrego Springs about 20 miles from Palm Springs. Basically in my area which is freaking. So I am home early no gym today. Mom said her recliner shifted on the floor while at work the whole building rocked from side to side. It lasted a good 30 seconds with strong rolling movements. I was like Ok time to go now. You should have seen that building empty *snort*. I was right behind people.

Those who road their bikes in checked to make sure they were still upright. Crazy man.

Planted the last of the seeds from April! A few plants did not make it like two of the four cuke plants, the okra is shaky and several of the pepper plants are not doing too hot. The beans, corn and pumpkin are loving life. The one immature pumpkin I saw is finally putting out a flower for fertilzing. I will have to do that myself as not a single bee has been in my garden. I am hoping the cucumbers that surivived will bring them. I told Mom by then we have to stop using flying insect spray. I really will have to make a journey into beekeeping if we are to have fruit from now on. So many wild bees aren't even around any more that I am not sure what the second round of flowers from the Lemon tree will even get visited.

Gots my fingers crossed!
