Rick rolled by a stove
Yesterday afternoon about the time Mom decided to do the stuffing and biscuits for thanks for giving...the stove or should I say the "oven" part of the stove gives out. No stuffing and no biscuits which if you are use to having it anyway it is a lot of failboat there.
Today we had someone come out and $205 bucks later find out it was the igniter. A piece that looked it it was a paperclip that might have cost $.50 was a 1000% mark up for the time, labor and some other made up shit. I swear I am in the wrong business-I need to be ripping people off for fixing small items that maybe cost me a few pennies; turn around and charge them a million dollars. Yeah. Only NOT.
Sigh. I feel bad for Mom since she has between the car, house and now this spent a lot of money. I told her don't worry about all the utilities I got 'em until she has her head above water again.
Still need to work on the chicken coop. Lazy me.
