Still waiting for Kaiser to correct paperwork

for my modified work duty. They made it so I am off work completely for 30 days! Yikes! I don't have the time for that so today its going to be bug the hades out of Kaiser day. I need them to step up NOW.

Sigh. Why is this so difficult I have no idea.
