head pain

I had a migraine last night, the most focused and painful I've ever had, and slowly walking down the hall to find medication all the while with my eyes closed there was one line stuck there in front of me: It was terribly exciting in that "is there a chance I could die?" kind of way.
Witty, but why.
It saddens me -or is it annoyance- that I know what brought it on.
