today's the last day of school and it soooo doesn't feel right.
Opened up with Spanish, test sucked obviously. Watched Apocalypto. Good shit. Lunch was uneventful, planning for beach trip today. Walked Serry to class. ROTC for the last time, got the highest score in the battalion on the final. Out with CG after school for our funeral service, Popeyes Chicken rocks, jambalaya, jamba juice, mmm. Back to school, then over to Andy's house for Guitar Hero which I suck immensely at. Then Danny and I power walked back to YB to get ready for grad night around four. Hung out with Serry, Christina, Henry and others before then making candy leis, then sprinted over to ROTC when we were about to leave.
Got to SJSU waaay too early, but got a lot of practice in along with some good shots. Started off like usual, walked down the aisle with Danny, Janet and Teresa and presented the colors and waited at least a good ten minutes waiting for the grads to file in, the pledge of allegiance, and national anthem. Messed up in my last color guard event by not posting the colors until later. Sat around with them three, then Serry's group until the end.
Continued ROTC's tradition of giving all ROTC-alumni their final salutes on the steps, then bounced off for more food at In 'n Out. Back to school, home, presentation. Word planning.
My room has become an insect haven... can't wait to clean these suckas out.
I'm gonna miss ROTC.
