Nice way to kick off multicultural week with FSU, thanks to the trifecta. Boat building in progress. AP Stats test tomorrow.
IDGAF about it anymore, just needa keep my grade up. I've gone to stats class four times in the past three weeks, and even worse numbers for weeks before that. Baseball no longer justifies my not being in class.
It's like I'm not even out there with a team, we get down my four or five runs, and suddenly everyone vanishes. I can only work so hard, I get that, and I can't do the job of others, fine, it's just me.
I can't help but wish people were more like me, conceited, sure, but I think things would be a lot more fun. None of us are going to play pro-ball, so who cares? And even then, with your attitude, who would take you? It's a game when we're winning, and a fucking wake when we're down. Being in a bad mood is a personal choice, and I'm proud to say I'm rarely in a bad mood, but shit. I've had blow outs. Some because of my pitching. Some because of a defensive error on me. Some because the other team was just that good. Some because we as a team was just that bad. Never because we got down on ourselves in the very first inning, gave up, and refused to play baseball. It's just unbelievable, the shit that's said. The actions that people take.
Yelling at my teammates, Buzz says he'll miss me. Why? Because how you are and how you identify yourself as a baseball player.
I could use a pick me up. A word. Something.
