 Well, I can semi-formally announce (not yet to clients, who will get a formal joint letter) that I have given 30-day notice from my law firm!

 I love these.  This one comes from Janis Ian's website janisian.com who I came across watching the 2nd episode of Saturday Night Live (see prior posting about streaming video - yay!).  She is a longtime singer/songwriter, an advocate against the RIAA, a contributor to the Advocate, and a science fiction author.

So I was in a desperate rush1 to file an employment discrimination complaint in Superior Court.  The complaint is based on national origin as well as race; my client is a naturalized citizen.  So I needed to describe the other status of citizenship, settled on "natural born", and whipped it out.
