Yay!
We have a new legal assistant (TT) in the office. A rising senior at the local college, she seems bright and was eager enough to stay 15 minutes late without complaint to conquer the rather steep learning curve of the process of getting a fax out from step 1 to completion.
Since she's new, I am laying the foundation from the outset that she works for me as well. This was an issue with our prior, lazy-ass, assistant, who was there from before I moved into the B'ton office and therefore dedicated what little work he did to the previously-existing B'ton staff.
However, since TT and I share an office (opposite ends of a high-ceilinged large living-room thing in a converted Victorian) and she's the newbie, I get to train her from the ground up. Which means she's mine, mine, mine! Bwahaha!
