(no subject)
Wow, I've been busy lately. I worked just under 70 hours last week, so tomorrow morning when that paycheck posts I am going to be so happy. Thats what I got to do while you all were at Otakon.
I have a few commissions to do soon, and I am trying to get 2 costumes done for Dragon*con, not sure if that will happen but there is always NYCC/NYAF. We also decided to go to Anime USA.
I am trying to work on an idea for a business, I want to start doing custom Bridal gowns, so if you guys know anyone looking for a bridal gown, send them my way! I need a bit more for my portfolio in order to get my business going.
I guess thats all thats going on here, this weekend I am going upstate to visit my parents and do some embroidery on my mom's machine. Also I have to buy some cheap ass Joanns fabric. It will be my first real days off in over a month. I have worked crazy hard at my job, and while I am exhausted, I honestly would rather have the extra work than have my supervisor back. For the last month I have done both her job and my own job for less than half of what she gets paid. But I finally felt repected by my coworkers and challenged my the job, which was great, but thats over monday and I will probably go back to being bored and miserable everyday.
