OMG, that was fuckin' awesome!

FRIDAY!!! WOO!!! Prom was all that it was meant to be. I've got an hour to type all this out, so I'm going into great detail.

It all started after school. Ran the fuck to my car and drove quickly as hell to my house. Along the road off of Kelly Street I saw Scot Silva walking home quickly, he had to hurry to get home and pack because his recruiter was taking everyone to the navy port. I gave him a ride the rest of the way, then I continued my fast assed drive home. When I got there I dropped off some stuff, forgot my backpack in the car. I then drove to Mr. Tux where I picked up my tux. Tried everything on, and damn did I look sharp. I love the way suits look, especially mine. For anyone who wasn't at prom, it, of course, was black with shinier verticle stripes going down it, a blue vest, and blue tie. Blue to match Liz's dress of course. After picking up my tux, I flew over to Jaques where I picked up Elizabeth's coursage (This is why I pointed Jaques to you Liz as we drove by it on Thursday :P ).

I then returned to my house where I put on my tux. I was then assaulted by my parents where I was forced into a barrage of photos. After escaping the barrage, I drove over to Liz's house, followed by my mom... and my sister... and her boyfriend... meh. I get out of the car, and start walking up to her house, where they all came out. And there was Liz... BAM... shhhtunning. She looked beautiful. After putting the coursage on Liz (kinda), we all were barraged with photos for a while. I believed I forgot my ticket, so we first had to go back to my house. I pull up, run inside, make it to my room, notice its not there, remember where my backback is, run back outside, pop the trunk, get the ticket, and drive off. Damn I felt stupid. STOP LAUGHING AT ME!!!

Drving down the road, on our way to prom, we ran into Nick and Chris, who were leaving Nick's house. We followed them for a ways, lost them, and just went on by ourselves. Passing the mall we saw Jake and Heather in front of us, so we just followed them to where it was. When we arrived in the parking lot, I found a space, where two girls jumped at each other in. I waited... and waited... and waited... *HONK!!!* ...waited... waited... finally they moved (bitches), and we got out of the car and met up with JD near the door to where prom was being held. We got basically shoved into the place where we were sent to our tables. We sat and talked a little before everyone else started to arrive. We talked with everyone, and we just joked around at out table for a while till we were served dinner. Liz and I went up to get our drinks, where I almost got mine for free, but he remembered to take the ticket at the last moment.

We ate, then waited for desert to be served. Music had already started playing, and most people started dancing already, but we decided to wait. I wasn't really up for dancing at first, but I decided to give it a try for Liz. We got out there, started to dance, and I got really into it. Hell, dancing is fun. Damn fun. Even more fun with Liz, since she was the only one I danced with. I personally didn't like the shortage of slow dances, I like to slow dance over regular dancing. I sang to her as we slow danced, it was nice. She rested her head against me, and I rested mine on top of hers. I must say that it was all very romantic.

People liked my dancing, the robot type dancing. Actually got a complement from Ms. Pickering on it when I did it past her table telling the teachers to go out and dance. Was rather funny. Mr. Gallant was laughing at it. We then, after about a half an hour of dancing, went to get our group photo. I bought Liz and my photos. The picture came out really well, except it looked as if my head was huge. Jake's head was larger as well, so I guess it was just in the bottom corners that seemed to expand. Oh well. ... did I mention that Liz was shhhtunning? lol I then asked Liz if she wanted to get a couple picture done with me, so we went over, picked a package ($40), and I was going to pay for it all, but Liz was already handing her $20 over, so I kinda didn't. Oh well. I really do hope that it comes out well.

Afterwards we went back out to the dance floor, where we danced for about an hour. Sometime within that time I tried to get Jake to come over to dance with Heather, but I couldn't get him to budge. I feel bad for Heather since her date was kind of a depressive dud. After me and Liz were kinda danced out for the time, I asked her if she wanted a drink, we both were rather hot, so we went over to the bar place and got a one. We shared it, same straw, oh ya, lol. I personally see sharing the same drink as romantic, with the whole 'its your saliva on that straw' thing. Neither of us seemed to mind it, after all I wouldn't have done it if it wasn't with Liz. I don't even drink something my own mother drank from.

At the mall on Thursday:
Liz "Do you want a sip. It does taste good, even though it is now all backwash of my spit."
Me "Thats disgusting... lemme see it." *slurp* :)

After cooling down a bit, we went back out and danced for the rest of the night, mixed in with a little bit of seeing everyone and getting our group photos. Beore we left prom, we said our goodbyes to most everyone, and I managed to snag another frame for myself since I was going to let Liz keep the candle and our first picture frame. After prom we drove over to Friendly's where we all got ice cream. We shared 2 banana splits and Brandon got his own ice cream. I wound up sitting far away from Liz because Jake and Heather kept getting up, so wasnt really that happy about it. I shot the wrapping of my straw at Liz though, and she threatened to throw her water at me, we both were laughing. We talked for a while, don't really remember what about, but we did. The table next to ours which had everyone else at it was laughing a lot, so we all started to laugh at absolutely nothing.

After we all ate, we drove over to Liz's for the after party. She and Steinmetz had done a good job at setting everything up. I changed outside by my car after we all went out back. I kept my tux pants on though, I just loved how they looked, and they were comfy. I helped Liz carry all the food and such outside, I followed Liz into her room where she got some CDs and she gave me a picture of herself, the school photo. I brought the dog I gave her out with me. We needed more blankets for sitting on out back, so we had to get one from her car. I kept the dog on my head and carried it out back with me like that. Was rather funny. We all ate and talked, told a lot of stories, jokes, riddles, and the like. Well, all of us except for me an Liz, we mainly just cuddled. Nothing better then cuddling. :)

After a while of that, it started to get a little cold, so we all went inside. I helped Liz carry all of the food back in. After getting it all back in and a little chat with Liz's mother, we joined everyone downstairs. We got everyone situated and me and Liz sat next to each other on the the floor. Liz was still wearing her dress... did I mention she looked shhhtunning? I mean, not that she doesn't look shhhtunning all the time, she does. But she overly just looked even more shhhtunnng like that, if she could even get even more shhtunning thn she already is. Okay, I'll shhhtop that now. Anywho, we decided to watch Evil Dead 3: Army of Darkness. Funny movie, even though it is a horror movie. I'd really say that it is more of a comedy.

After about midway through the movie, I was starting to doze off. Liz was tired as well, so she went and got her sheets from her bed. She put her big sheet over us and she lied down. I took of her glasses because sleeping with them is really bothing to me, so they must be for her as well. I placed them up on the pool table and lied down next to her. I put my hand on top of hers and we both fell asleep. *horribly deep happy sigh* I must've had the biggest smile on my face. I can't think of a better way to fall asleep next to the person you have the most caring and loving feelings for then how we did that night.

In the morning I woke up to find that everyone was gone. So I lied back down and fell back to sleep. After a little more I got up from Heather's poking me and we went upstairs. We watched TV for a while before we decided to get up and go. Liz was going to sleep till she had to work at 2, but Heather couldn't go home till 1 because they were showng her house. I'm guessing that Heather just watched TV while Liz slept. I got dressed and went out to my car with Liz. We hugged each other and I went home (regrets having not done something). I put my tux back into the bag and dropped it off at Mr. Tux. I realize now that I forgot Liz's picture in the pocket of my pants. Damnit. Going to have to ask for another one. Don't know why I didn't place it in my wallet. Would've kept it in front of my drivers license so that I see her whenever I open my wallet. :)

All in all this was, by far, the best night of my life, and it wouldn't have been as good if it wasn't with Liz.

"A relationship is like a rose,
How long it lasts, no one knows.
Love can erase an awful past,
Love can be yours, you'll see at last.
To feel that love, it makes you sigh,
To have it leave, you'd rather die.
You hope you've found that special rose,
'Cause you love and care for the one you chose." -Rob Cella

"There is something that I see
In the way you look at me
There’s a smile, there’s a truth
In your eyes.

But in an unexpected way
On this unexpected day
Could it mean this is where I belong.
It is you I have loved all along.

It’s no more a mystery, it is finally clear to me
You’re the home my heart searched for so long.
And it is you I have loved all along.

There were times I ran to hide
Afraid to show the other side
Alone in the night without you.

But I know just who you are
And I know you hold my heart
Finally this is where I belong.
And it is you I have loved all along.

It’s no more a mystery, it is finally clear to me
You’re the home my heart searched for so long.
It is you I have loved all along.

Over and over I’m filled with emotion.
Your love rushes through my veins
And I am filled with the sweetest devotion
As I look into your perfect face.

It’s no more a mystery, it is finally clear to me
You’re the home my heart searched for so long.
It is you I have loved,
It is you I have loved,
It is you I have loved all along." -Dana Glover

Parents are making me get off, oh well. It is 11:50 after all. Good night everyone.
