oh, um. hi guys.
It has been 11 months since I have posted anything. 11 months. A lot of people have unfriended me or forgotten I exist and dear God I don't blame you.
I studied in Oxford and now I'm back in the States, but in between those times I experienced some health and personal issues that made keeping up with this blog impossible. I'm so sorry for abandoning you all, and I hope that I'll be able to stay in touch more this summer.

My semester is almost over. Then, I'm going to devote myself to a few things.
1) Managing my blog. I just made a new post about why I am a Christian but I still support insurance covering contraception (currently a huge debate in America) which you can read here. Please do if you're interested. It'd make me very happy :)
2) WRITING THOSE GODDAMN PROMPTS FROM THE JAPAN QUAKE FUNDRAISER GOD I AM SO SORRY I HAVEN'T FINISHED THEM YET D:
3) Work on an idea for a novel.
I really, really really want to finish Dreamcatcher. I'm only a couple of chapters away. I don't want to be that fanfic author that everyone hates. I don't know how much more fanfiction I'll be writing, but if I ever publish the non-fanfic works that I'm trying to finish, I will let you guys know ;)
Also, oh my God. You guys nominated me for the Arashi Fanfic Awards? Are you kidding? D: Seriously, I up and cried when I saw this. Displacement Theory is up for Best Yama and Best Non-AU while If We Obey the Tides is up for Best Non-AU. I don't really know how this award system works, but please vote for my fics if you enjoyed them. The list is full of quality and I am honored to be among them. Thank you so much <3
