The morning routine, SF style
Originally uploaded by kaileo. In town for my usual 3rd Thursday Legion meeting, plus a friend's dress-up cocktail party in the East Bay tonight. Going home either late Sunday, or possibly staying a day or two longer. I have a mad jones for Philz chai.
It is nice to be here. Life has been difficult for a while, and coming to SF gives me a much-needed change-up in my daily routines and ruminations.
My Olympus died last Fall; I miss it a lot. I've been using my cell camera to kind of visually "blog" my world, and despite the limitations of that format, I've found different ways to look at photography. I guess that is ultimately the best use for tough times - hunker down, take care of yourself, and learn all you can from the experience.
