I created this LJ as a way to jumpstart some creative writing. Poetry. Fiction. Perhaps even some commentary. I intend it to be a place where I can write from my heart and soul.

Well, no, of course not Writing Every Day. (Though it's a personal goal for me.) But ykno, 30 minutes of a little something-something.
Thought: We could post a daily quick update about what we've done, as well as phone calls whenever we can. I know that you're afk sometimes, but obviously you'd be skipping those days... A thought. Lemme know what you think about it.
Cam's Lenten Discipline is to keep a blog (not a lover of technology, there) about Reinventing Christianity, based on a sermon series he's committed himself to.
Love my mentor. Love him. Yay Cam! (Must go tweak his blog now. Okay, really, must read lessons for Sunday: I'm preaching at all the services! Yays!)
Random interestingness: Have you seen the site Casey made? you can get to it from Susan's blog - the devo-to-go link. V spiffy. It is what inspired me to go nuts and start redesigning trinity's website. Anyway, we chatted on email. He met Paul, the curate at the cathedral here in buffalo at a ecusa young adult clergy event this fall. Hell, I didn't even ecusa had one of those. ::sighs:: Ah, well.

I think that posting a wee update every day is a great idea. Will you post yours on your LJ or do you just want to keep it as a running commentary on mine?
Um, what is afk? All for know? All fucking knowing? Totally at a loss. And realizing I may have asked this ? before and just don't recall. Sigh.
OK - must clean. Church group coming to watch movie here tonight. Manuel coming at noon and staying through movie. But, I did get up and start yummy supper in crockpot. Had a wee meditation about whether interesting cooking could be creative.....
