Since I'm a priest, it's obvious that I'm a theist--a henotheist panentheist if you want to be ridiculously precise. However, I'm not wanting to lecture everyone. What religious systems do you all have where you come from? Do you adhere to them?
It goes without saying that I'm available for religious discussion at a moment's notice--and also discussion of The Totality of My Offspring: Life in the ER as well, but I don't think anyone else here has seen it. It's a good show. Maybe I can find the discs in the library...?

[[Edit: There are a billion terms for religious belief. Theists and deists both believe that there is a single, all-powerful deity, but deists don't think that deity is personally involved with Its creation. Atheists are, obviously, people who don't believe in any particular god. Pantheists believe that the universe is a deity. Polytheists believe there are many gods, monolatrists believe that there are many gods but only worship one of them. Henotheists believe that there might be other gods, but the one they worship is the best and most worthy of worship of the lot. Finally, panentheists don't beleive that the universe is a deity, but they believe a deity permeates existence and transcends it.
