Sleep is for the weak
And I am the weakest of them all since I slept for about 10 hours last night.
Ended up having to go into work for a couple of hours yesterday (it was supposed to be one of my days off) to try to get some of my tech work done. Luckily I did get the big job done and was uber proud of myself for doing it. After work I went over to visitjuly31st2009 and get help redying my hair. It was nice to be able to just hang out and relax for a bit. But for some reason by the time I got home I was super tired so I crawled into bed at 7:30 for a short nap. My short nap quickly became a 10 hour nap. I fear that Penta is mad at me since it resulted in him not really seeing me yesterday.
Today and tomorrow are cleaning days for me. Building managers will be coming into the suite on Tuesday to do a fire inspection and we have enough issues with them that we want the place to be super clean when they come in. If anything for the peace of mind to know that they might just get off of our case about the cat fur in the hall.
I will be without Penta this afternoon though since Geist is being uber wonderful and stealing him for the afternoon for me so I can work on Penta's birthday gifts. Which is sadly just the tradition cake out of the box and some chocolate dipped strawberries because I can. And he can't stop me if he's not here muhahahaha!!!!
Tomorrow Sissy Poo comes back from Edmonton where her best friend got married, so I will need to head out to Abby to pick her up. It will be nice to see her again as she and I will have much to talk about it.
