winter wonderland
So, it's a bit late in coming, but this winter has sure been a doozy. Within 30 days we got 60 inches of snow. Can you freakin believe that? That's almost as tall as I am! It actually might have been more than that but I lost track. It was really crazy. The snowdrifts were 6 feet tall and hell to navigate. Apparently, snow has occurred into April so there may be more to come. We'll see.
In other news, I've been burning through Harlequin romances because i found out i can check out online ebooks through the boston public library system. I've read about 25 books in the last 2 weeks. Quite frankly, when i come home from a long day, i don't want a nice, touching, feel-good romance. I want a trashy scandal culminating in a car accident or some other event that leads to a trip to the hospital. Where have all those romances gone? I wish there was a list or a forum where they just list all of those books so i can just get my scandal fix at the end of the day.
