Haymarket = heaven
I went to haymarket today. Not like i went a browsed like last time, but really went with the intention of buying things. I didn't want to spend more than $20. I got an amazing shit load of things for nothing. Seriously. I made out like a bandit. I got 2 pounds of tomatoes for $1/per pound, 8 green bell peppers for $2, 5 red bell peppers for $2, 2 romaine hearts for $1, 1 pound of jalapenos for 1$, 4 cucumbers for $1, and a bag of spinach for 1. I almost couldn't carry it all. i didn't want to spend more than $20. I ended up only spending $10. That shit made my day. It's not a farmer's market because the stuff there isn't perfect, but it's damn good. It was pretty huge too. Pretty much any type of produce that you want, they're going to have it. They were selling fish there too. It was crazy, but awesome. Good thing: they have it every weekend all year long. This is my new favorite produce section. I stocked up on enough stuff to keep me good for like 2 weeks. Five dollars a week for food? I don't think that's too bad.
It sucks that Guiding Light got cancelled. I mean, really. That show has been on for 72 years. It started out on the radio. I spent most of last night just watching the story line between Michelle Bauer and Danny Santos because i saw a .gif with a skinny dipping Michelle and then Danny dives in fully clothed and they start making out and it was intense and i was like, "wait, that's Haley from One Tree Hill!!" So i had to see what was going on there. Let me tell you, they are one HOT couple. I'm talking original couple Michelle and Danny with Bethany Joy Galleoti and Paul Anthony Stewart only. Their storyline was AWESOME and they can wring every last drop of despair out of you. It also helps that Danny is freakin' hot. Ugh. Pretty people. I want one.
