Toronto Trek on my mind. :)
Wow. Two suprising pieces of information regarding Toronto Trek presented themselves to me in the last 24 hours.
Piece 1
My father phoned to let me know that my family reunion up north is on the week of the 14th.
(We have a whole camp with major buildings up north. Humorous as my entire family consists of, My Dad, his brother, his three unmarried sisters and my sisters. So we have a camp for over 100 people for our big 10 person "family reunion". ^_^")
Anyhow I digress. I quickly check the internet to make sure that Toronto Trek nor G-FEST, (which both traditionally fall in July), conflict with this date. Great! They don't!! :D

Piece of information two
I've been racking my brain for costumes I can enter the Toronto Trek Masquerade with. As everyone knows I finally decided to go ahead with the Pigs In Space costumes I bought the material for two years ago.
I've been interested to win Best In Show at the Toronto Trek Masquerade. I've won Best In Show at other major masquerades in the area but never at Trek so I've been looking at it as The Big Challenge. :D This morning someone pointed out to me that I HAVE won Best In Show at Trek, (in 2000). I went and looked back at my certificates, and , heh, they were right! And I was dead convinced that I had never won BIS at TT. Wierd. @_@ I don't know how I had forgotten that. >_<; . I'm so forgetful sometimes. People are going to start to think I smoke the wacky weed. XD
Anyhow truth is , now that I'm going to be competing at Ad Astra, it gives me a new masquerade to work on in the grand scheme of things anyhow I guess.
Wow. @_@ I'm totally bummed about the Trek/G-FEST thing, but I'm going to have to get it resolved soon. *Grumble Grumble*
