i can relate to the not-talking-thing; a few years ago, it was on a game night, but we had been playing this game for a long time. it was three in the morning at that point. i told my mom i wanted to go to bed, but she said no (she's also crazy competitive). after that, i grumbled for a bit before she told me to be quiet in the rudest way possible. so i did. i refused to talk to anyone for days. she learned her lesson (she actually apologized, too!). when i was reading that, it made me think of what she put me through and what i put her through. it made me sad. /rambling
(sorry about that).

anyway! this was an adorable story and i loved reading it. ♥
