Hello~! You are reading this lame Henber one-shot because of Henber captain, May and Henber photoshop gawd, Rina. We were talking about burritos and Henber last year and well… it was really not a wholesome conversation. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

But don't worry because this fanfic is a family-friendly one-shot. LMAO! No traces of all the innuendos we had during the conversation. Hahahahahahahahahahaha!

Please enjoy and spread the Henber love~! ^^

==========

"Hi! Do you want to join the Burrito Club?"

Amber Liu looked at the man in front of her. He was wearing a stupid grin yet his eyes were determined to recruit her.

Seriously? There is a burrito club here in the university?

"I'm sorry, I'm not interested," she declined and proceeded on eating her lunch.

"But how could you reject my invitation when you're eating burrito now?" the guy pouted.

Amber shallowed her food then looked at the guy.

"Gosh. You really are desperately recruiting me," Amber said, totally amazed.

The guy nodded and smiled at her. Amber didn't know why her ears suddenly felt hot with the guy's gesture.

"We eat burritos every Friday-"

"Henry!"

Amber as well as the Burrito Club guy looked at the man who just shouted Henry. He was a pretty boy. A very pretty boy. Amber didn't know if the guy just woke up then decided to go to school because he definitely hasn't combed his hair yet. But it didn't matter. The guy still looked gorgeous.

So this is what they call the I-just-woke-up look, Amber thought.

"Heechul-hyung, what are you doing here?" the guy asked.

"What are you doing? Why are you harassing girls here in the cafeteria?" the newly-arrived guy asked back.

Amber took note of the offended face of the younger guy. She wouldn't help but smile.

"I'm really sorry if this idiot is harassing you. He is really an embarrassing person but he is harmless," the pretty guy bowed at her.

"Hey! I'm not an embarrassing person!" the guy said defensively.

"It's okay, sunbaenim," Amber smiled as she watched the older guy trap the younger one's head in his arm.

"Yah! Let me go!" the guy resisted but he was still dragged away from her.

"Think about it, okay?!" the guy yelled at her, catching the attention of the other students in the cafeteria.

She ignored the giggling students, especially those who whispered Did he confess to her? and tried to eat peacefully.

==========

"Amber, you are always eating burritos here in the cafeteria! How could you say that you don't like burritos? And how could you not join the Burrito Club?!"

Amber just sighed and ignored the guy as she continued eating her burrito.

Henry Lau. The guy who has been recruiting her for the past three months to join the Burrito Club. He kept on pestering her about joining it. Although his main reason for talking to her was his stupid club, they had talked about other things that were not related to burritos like their passion for music as they were both in the music department.

And for the past three months, she couldn't help but miss the guy if he wasn't around to recruit her.

She didn’t have any plans on joining the club. She was scared that if Henry has successfully recruited her, he would stop hanging out with her.

But three months of listening to Henry's complains about her, not joining his club, was starting to hit her nerves.

"If I visit this club of yours once, would you stop trying to recruit me?"

Amber was really annoyed but seeing Henry's stupid grin made her annoyance disappear.

Really? That fast? I'm hopeless. Annoyance, can you please stay a bit?

However, his grin was suddenly changed to a worried smile.

Amber laughed. "What's with your expression? Are you worried that you'd fail to recruit me?"

"Yes but I'm still hoping for the best. So, see you on Friday after class!" Henry said as he stood up and left, waving at Amber.

==========

"Coreanos?" Amber read the signage outside the store.

"I work here as a part-timer," Henry explained as he opened the door for her.

"So you and your members are meeting here every Friday? Wow!" Amber asked as they entered the Mexican restaurant.

The employees in the store greeted them but Amber noticed how they giggled and threw somewhat teasing glances and grins.

"Where are the other members?" Amber asked again.

Henry didn't answer her questions but instead, he gestured her to sit on one of the two chairs in front of them.

"Haven't I told you that I am the solo member of the Burrito Club?" Henry said proudly as he sat down on the chair across her.

"Huh? Is this why you keep on recruiting me? How did your club get an approval from the university board if you're the only member?" Amber exclaimed.

"How could you be this dense?" Henry murmured but Amber heard him clearly.

"What are you talking about?" she asked in annoyance.

Sighing, Henry looked at her. "You caught my attention when you joined the university's musical ensemble-"

"You're part of the musical ensemble, too?" Amber cut in which earned her a light hit on her head courtesy of Henry.

"Aish! Can you not talk until I'm done?" an irritated Henry asked. Never seen him irritated for real, Amber just nodded.

Henry cleared his throat before he spoke again. "As I was saying, you got my attention when you auditioned for the musical ensemble. Right then, I started seeing you in the cafeteria and noticed that you've been ordering burritos whenever they are available. So I used it to approach you.

"The truth is there is no Burrito Club. I just made it up so I could talk to you. I was thinking that if you join the Burrito Club, we could eat burritos together. You know? Like some kind of date or something," Henry explained, uttering the last sentence in a whisper.

Amber tried to understand what Henry was saying so she just looked at him. She noticed how red Henry's face was as he looked at her.

"Are you confessing to me?" she asked with a rather flat tone.

"Are you on a monotone mode, Amber? Can you at least say it with intonation?" Henry complained.

Instead of answering, Amber laughed out loud.

"Yeah, I knew it. I'm doomed," Henry said as he buried his face on his hands.

"Yes, you are doomed," Amber said as she stood up. The creaking sound of her chair made Henry lift his head. The guy was about to say something but Amber spoke before him.

"I don't only eat burritos. I also like ice creams and milk teas. Why don’t you create the Ice Cream Club as well? And I'm also available anytime of the week, not only on Fridays," Amber grinned at him as Henry's face brightened up and grinned back at her.
