Okay, now doing a useful comment about this song: when I first heard it, it was on 左麟右李演唱會2003 or 2004 show. I'm not quite fond of chinese music, but Alan Tam is someone whose songs I hear since I was a child. In his shows with Hacken Lee he usually plays something that I heard when I was younger, and this actually brings me good memories. Seeing these shows make me happy.
Hacken Lee is also a hell of a singer. Even though his voice is not as powerful as his master's, I think it is quite flexible and the variation degree makes it look even more awesome!!
This song in particular (and Women Before Marriage) are those kinds of songs that I start to like immediately. I feel kinda stupid when talking about chinese music because I understand absolutely NOTHING of Chinese, so... (and yeah, if someone asks me, my Japanese skills are better than my Chinese skills *ashamed*) I mean, I do understand one symbol or other, but only because I've seen it in my Japanese classes already, but... oh well...
...I can't wait to get my CDs. (T___T)
