It is actually funny to think of someone as myself practicing extreme sports, but I would say I would do Le Parkour.
Okay, maybe parkour cannot be exactly considered a sport. There aren't parkour schools or training places (or maybe there are, but I've never heard of any) and it is risky and it takes a lot of effort just to... jump from one place to another. But I would say it is a stylish way of jumping from one place to another! :D
There are a couple of reasons why I don't practice this.
The first one would be because it is risky. Of course, every sports have their risks, but none of them include jumping from a building or anything else higher than 5 meters.
It is also very rough on your knees, hands, bones, anything. Now THAT's what I call a "high impact activity".
It requires too much time of practice. Like any other sport, sure, but most of the sports have a methodology to be followed. I've never heard of a philosophy for parkour.
I'm too tall for this.
I'm not flexible. At all.
I use glasses. Nothing that contact lenses don't solve, but I never had problems praticing kendo, basketball or tennis when using glasses.
I'm not strong enough to support all my body's weight with only hands.
I'm not agile.
I have short stamina, meaning I get tired very quickly.
I know no one who could teach me.
I don't know where I could practice.
If improperly practiced, it may be fatal.
So... since I'm not in what I would call a perfect shape, I'll just sit back and keep on playing video games. :DV
